Ok, so Monday I took the day off because I was pooped from the race and the week before. I think that’s ok because technically-according to my running schedule, that’s my only day off anyway. So, yesterday I made it up at the gym. I also ran 3 miles.
I’m really liking the weight training program I am on through Women’s Health Magazine. It’s nice that they come up with all of the exercises for you and give you variety, so you don’t have to think about it or get bored.
Today I have to run 4 miles and then hit the gym for another workout. I’m feeling good, though! All this exercise is helping me deal with the stress of the economy, so at least I’ve got that on my side!
